The South Side Depot in Petersburg, West Virginia, is hosting the “Autumn Splendor Dinner Train” on Passengers on the “Autumn Splendor Dinner Train” will begin boarding at 4pm at the South Side Depot in Petersburg, West Virginia. There is plenty to see through the broad windows on the South Side Express Vintage Passenger Train Cars. Passengers will get a chance to view an array of fall foliage, historic buildings, scenic rock formations and native wildlife such as the Bald Eagle.” The train will be debarking on the 2 ½ hour trip through the beautiful Potomac Highlands at 4:30 pm and will feature a catered prime rib dinner by Gourmet Delights of Petersburg. The cost for the dinner train $60 per person and reservations are required. The event is designed for adults only.
